Join fellow CMS parent, Adria Fischer, certified personal trainer and fitness coach for this fun and interactive workshop! All you need is a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells are optional! This workshop will break down the basics of push-ups, lunges, squats, crunches, and more!  Learn proper form, improve your technique, and discover ways to level up each exercise—no matter your starting point.
