Directory Sponsorship 

The Parent Teacher Groups (PTGs) and Parents Association (PA) for Concord Public Schools are partnering to offer sponsorship opportunities in our annual family directories. These directories provide contact information for current Concord Public School families, making them one of the most convenient ways for the school community to connect.

Your sponsorship reaches more than 5,000 consumers in Concord, Carlisle, Boston, and beyond. Choose to promote your business in one or more of the Alcott PTG, Thoreau PTG, Willard PTG, CMS PTG, and CCHS PA online family directories while supporting our schools and connecting with local families.

All schools now use online directories. Sponsors receive placement on the directory page, with their logo and website link featured on participating PTG or PA homepages. Sponsor recognition also includes exposure in weekly newsletters (rotating placement throughout the year; frequency depends on the number of sponsors, with Enhanced sponsors appearing at least four times and Standard sponsors at least twice), social media posts, and PTG/PA websites.

Enhanced Sponsorship: Includes everything in the Standard Sponsorship, plus additional featured placements in weekly newsletters and social media for increased visibility throughout the year. (Equivalent to full-page ad in the CCHS PA print directory).

Standard Sponsorship: Includes your logo and website presence on participating family directory pages, recognition on PTG/PA websites, and promotion through social media and weekly newsletters. (Equivalent to half-page ad in the CCHS PA print directory).

• Maximum file size: 100 MB
• Online artwork: 300 x 250 pixels (horizontal, color)
• Print artwork (CCHS directory); grayscale
